Our services

These channels support property enquiries, appointment coordination, tenancy administration and customer support. Information shared through them is subject to confirmation by our team. Availability, prices and appointment times may change.

Property transactions and payments

A website listing, automated reply or WhatsApp exchange does not by itself create a tenancy, property sale or other signed property agreement. The relevant signed agreement governs the transaction. Confirm payment instructions directly with an authorized La Perla representative before making a payment.

Using your account and our channels

Provide accurate information, protect your login details and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not use these services to impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, send spam or interfere with their operation. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes or payment-card details in chat.

WhatsApp and automated assistance

Communications may include automated responses and staff replies. Automated information can be incomplete or incorrect; ask our team to confirm important details. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and is also subject to its own terms. Delivery and response times depend on service availability. You can ask us to stop optional WhatsApp messages by replying STOP or emailing our team. This does not change obligations under a signed agreement.

Availability and updates
