Information comes from you, our service interactions or a property platform through which you contact us.

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, coordinate viewings, administer customer and tenancy services, maintain communication records and operate and protect our systems. Automated tools may assist with responses and workflows; you can request help from our staff.

WhatsApp and service providers

WhatsApp communications are processed through Meta's WhatsApp services. Relevant information may also be processed by service providers supporting hosting, communications, email and automated assistance. Authorized staff use our internal systems to handle enquiries and support. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details in chat.

Messages and preferences

You can ask us to stop optional WhatsApp messages by replying STOP or contacting us by email. Contact our team if you need another way to receive essential service communications.

Retention and requests

Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request relates to you. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or maintain required transaction records; we will explain any applicable limitation when responding.

Requesting deletion

Follow the steps on our data-deletion page. Requests sent to La Perla concern records in our systems; they do not delete your personal WhatsApp or Meta account or another recipient's copy of a conversation.
