Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 10 October 2026

You can request deletion of personal information held by La Perla Real Estate LLC through our website, portal or WhatsApp integration.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@laperlarealestate.com with the subject Personal data deletion request.
2. Include the phone number or email address used to contact us and describe the records or service concerned. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
3. Our team will review the request, verify identity where necessary and respond with the outcome or any information needed to process it. You can follow up using the same email conversation.

What happens next

We will delete or anonymize information where appropriate. Information subject to applicable legal, accounting or contractual retention requirements, or needed to resolve a dispute, may need to be retained. We will explain relevant limitations in our response.

WhatsApp and Meta accounts

This request concerns information held by La Perla. It does not delete your personal WhatsApp or Meta account, or copies of messages held by other recipients or third parties. You do not need to delete your WhatsApp account to make a request.
